Design & Construct is also referred to as Design & Build or Design & Contract. Whichever your preference, the cover is the same and indemnifies the Firm for their own designs which they also construct &/or install. The firm may also employ third parties to undertake a design on their behalf, but in contract are still ultimately responsible for it to their employer. This is referred to as ‘contingent’ cover.

Professional Indemnity Regulations - Limit of Indemnity
Members of the following associations are not subject to any minimum terms. We recommend that the limit of indemnity bought is discussed with a reputable insurance broker.
